§ Ensure timely attendance of Distribution Staff
§ Ensure timely and 100 % operations
§ Ensure checking and signing of daily warehouse stock reconciliation report
§ Ensure proper coordination with company executives and staff.
§ Ensure proper route sales
§ Ensure periodical market visits
§ Responsible for all vehicles in terms of keeping them roadworthy and cleanliness.
§ Responsible for fuel, repair and maintenance and all expenses related to vehicles and keep them under control.
§ Ensure presence of all vehicles at the warehouse premises at the end of the day
§ Ensure loading of vehicles for the next day in coordination with store keeper.
§ Responsible for meeting sales targets.
§ Responsible for overall expense of the Distribution and keep it to a minimum and under control.
§ Responsible for overall profitability of the Distribution, by maximizing sales and minimizing expenses.
§ Responsible for keeping AMR lower than FMR
§ Responsible for claims against the companies and that they are timely adjusted.
§ Responsible for Market Receivables and ensuring that they are kept at a minimum, as per directives of the Management.
§ Responsible for recovery of cash shortage from staff.
§ Checking stock (Filled, empty, shell, pallets and sheet) in and out movement from the warehouses.
§ Supervision of shippers for detail verification and physical counting of stock at the time of stock receiving for any abnormality, damaged, short expiry, low fill and/or D-gas stock.
§ Written communication being established with internal management and concerned departments for any abnormal, damaged, short expiry, low fill and/or D-gas stock within 48 Hours.
§ Ensure that shippers are issuing proper receiving for each stock issues and or received.
§ Ensure that shippers are following Good Warehouse Practices to keep the low fill/ D-gas at minimum level.
§ Ensure that First Expiry First Out (FEFO) is strictly followed to minimize the warehouses expiries.
§ Keeping full record of empties glass, shells, pallets and sheets and updating on daily basis.
§ Ensure 100% sorting of empty for any abnormality (flavor wise, breakage, damaged) before sending to the company.
§ Reconciliation of empty (Glass, shells, pallets and sheets) send to factory for each vehicle to check 100% receiving and checking for any breakage.
§ Reconciliation of empty report with the system on daily and monthly basis.
§ Physical counting weekly and reconciliation of empty with the systems (SMS and company).
§ Checking and ensuring that store stock loads out are prepared as per company SOP.
§ Checking and ensuring that separate gate passes are issued by the shipper and checked at gate by the security guard at gate for every stock moving out in third party vehicles.
§ Tally system stock movement (Purchase, sale & closing stock) by taking hard copies of system reports with the store keepers on daily basis.
§ Surprise physical 100% stock count at least twice a month to ensure no stock shortage.
§ Keep management informed of any discrepancy or anything out of ordinary that may transpire.
§ Any other task assigned by the management.
§ Reconciliation of empty report with the company system on daily and monthly basis.

DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT
Coordinate regular meetings with Distribution Partner̢۪s teams in order to communicate company strategy and priorities, review business KPI̢۪s, discuss opportunities and threats in the region, run trainings and update sales teams. Assign sales, distribution, execution etc. targets to DPs based on business targets (and relevant teams) and follow up these targets regularly.
Provide execution trainings, on-the-job trainings and coaching to DP and their teams. Regular Trade Visits with DP Field teams to coach the sales team for unlocking distribution and execution opportunities. Analyze the opportunities in the region, take proper action as required. Ensure DPs fully understand and execute Red Bull execution / merchandising standards whilst implementing systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals.
Plan and execute incentive programs in line with company targets in order to keep sales representatives focused and motivated.
Be a credible beverage business consultant to DPs and customers and act as a category captain by presenting category and Red Bull Potential.
DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE AND ACCOUNTABILITY EXPERT
Grasp a thorough working knowledge of Distributor̢۪s internal systems and structure.Understands Distributor̢۪s hierarchy and has a relationship from the top down (Owner to Managers) with a clear understanding of the person responsible and accountable for tasks or programs within DP.
BUSINESS PLANNING
Develop the annual business plans (bottom up) with assigned DPs, with regards to organization requirements, distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs. Secures agreement on necessary subjects (distribution build-up by month/channel, sales forecast by SKU/ month/channel/ segments).
Establishes POS allocation by Distributor. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to issue on-going updates against allocation. Manage assigned budgets where applicable (Examples: incentive budgets, free goods budget, POS budget and in some cases regional account budgets).
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Maintains strong working knowledge of all relevant Red Bull systems while proactively using available reports to maximize on all opportunities including competitor intelligence.
Holds DPs accountable for data submission into Red Bull systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Share and enforce guidelines with regards to Red Bull̢۪s inventory policy.
Develops working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas and ensure a sustainable Go to Market (GTM) strategy and structure in the assigned geography.
Develops expertise with regards to product competition and distributor competition in respective areas. Manage risks that would hamper Red Bull business by taking alternative and proactive steps.

JOB PURPOSE
At this level work is carried out under minimum supervision. The job holders are expected to produce organized and accurate technical work and reports.
